I’m Paul Blackley, a photographer based on the Isle of Wight. My journey began in press photography, and over the years I’ve developed a passion for capturing life in all its forms — from the power of the sea and the beauty of wildlife to the energy of events and the stories of people. ​I’m especially known for my surf photography, which has been featured in local exhibitions celebrating the island’s rich surfing history. Whether I’m shooting on the shoreline, at a live event, or out in the wild, my aim is always the same: to capture authentic moments that reflect the unique character of the Isle of Wight and beyond. Through my lens, I strive to tell stories with clarity, creativity, and a deep connection to place.
